Due to the significant need to drive an area of the UK forward, they seek a Regional General Manager with significant standing.
Taking full operational and P&L responsibility, you will lead an operation across multiple business units, spanning the east midlands and northeast, over a significant number of sites. You will be a GM with significant constructive leadership skills, knowing how to challenge whilst balancing with inspiration. You will drive commercial innovation alongside operational excellence, looking to drive maximum customer engagement and service satisfaction.
A seasoned operator, you will be comfortable working across multiple business units, driving innovation, best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement in all aspects. You will be used to complex supply chain operations and ideally have experience in managing safety and risk at a high level. You will certainly have gained experience from high-volume environments servicing hundreds of customers daily. Experience to date may have come from with 3pl, Merchanting, Retail, Fuels or Manufacturing. What matters more is your ability to recognise the complexities of an operation and the clients it services.
