Are you already a trainer within the Health & Social Care Industry, or a nurse or Senior Care Worker looking to develop into the role of a trainer? If so we are looking to recruit a trainer to join our team. If you are not already a trainer, but you meet the qualifications and experience below, we can develop you for this role. You will be care home based, working across several care homes within the central belt of Scotland. You will be working in partnership with experienced training colleagues and care home managers and be responsible for delivering high quality and engaging training both within the care homes as well as virtually using zoom. In addition to delivering training, you will also be assessing competence and coaching new and existing colleagues.

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, over 5 days, predominantly Monday to Friday with one weekend day per month. Hours are mostly 9 5, with some early/late shifts to train/coach night colleagues.
Location: Central Region of Scotland
Essential Qualifications and experience
Registered nurse or Senior Care Worker (Minimum SVQ3) with experience of working in care homes Extremely confident and have a good grasp of IT applications such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams/ Zoom. Be passionate and caring about what you do You must have a full UK driving licence and the use of a car (Business Mileage is reimbursed), as travel is required within your region as well as occasions out with your region to attend meetings/training and support other colleagues. Experience in delivering learning/training within the Health & Social Care sector Possess a recognised training qualification in Moving and Positioning This is a great opportunity to work with a passionate team to make a difference to the individuals who work and live in our care homes and develop your career.
