Are you an experienced Door to Door Fundraising manager, a team leader or sales manager looking for the next step in your career?

Centrepoint are looking for a Door to Door manager to set up and create a Brighton region, expanding from their industry leading in-house operation in London.

This is an amazing opportunity to get involved in a cutting-edge campaign for a leading youth homelessness charity.

Young people sleeping rough is a shocking and increasingly visible problem in Brighton. Sadly, youth homelessness runs even deeper than having to spend nights on the street. Complex mental and physical health needs, gang crime, and a lack of access to education are just some the barriers young people face.

Our aim is to raise funds so we can provide thousands of homeless young people in Brighton with a safe, welcoming, and inspirational environment in which to recover and grow, helping them to leave homelessness behind for good.

As the Regional Manager for Brighton, you will be responsible for building a new region of fundraisers to help fund this and other new projects across Centrepoint. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the multiple door teams and duties will include:

• Interviewing and hiring Fundraisers
• Training up team leaders to run the team
• Ongoing motivation and Training
• Regular 1-2-1's with managers
• Monitoring and driving all KPI's
• Payroll
• iPad management through Evergiving
• Fundraising in the field

ABOUT YOU!

All applicants must:

• Have a proven track record of working as a Door to Door manager.
• Ability to run a multiple team region
• Ability to analyse and drive results
• Interviewing and training skills
• Have a passion for ending youth homelessness
• Have an excellent fluent level of spoken English
