Regional Marketing Executive

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting the regional & Army in Education marketing planning & delivery The role is pivotal to one of the UK's largest and most diverse recruiting operations whose aim is to deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout an inclusive recruitment process.

Since 2012, Capita have been working in partnership with the British Army to deliver best in class recruitment services. The partnership is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting officers and soldiers for the Army (Regular and Reserve), meeting targets for quantity, quality and candidate experience.

You will work with the marketing team to be the first point of contact for all marketing requests from the regions and the Army What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the team in marketing planning & delivery to enhance regional activity.
• Being the point for contact for Regional Marketing requests.
• Coordinating the marketing literature process
• Assisting in the creation and running of virtual events for potential applicants
• Working with the Army to source soldiers/officers to feature in marketing content.
• Liaising with the wider marketing team and contributing where necessary.
• Supporting internal communications, to raise awareness of Regional Marketing across Recruiting Group (RPP)
• Raising purchase orders and monitoring budgets
• Ensuring that content and materials produced sit within brand guidelines.

What we're looking for:

• Knowledge/experience of the RPP contract
• Results driven; strive to meet agreed candidate attraction targets and application volumes.
• Marketing experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills
• Resilient, adaptable under pressure and to fast moving situations
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams
• Strong attention to detail
