Local Community & Marketing Coordinator in a nutshell..
We are passionate about how each and every one of our Lounge teams become engaged and embedded within their local communities… and that’s where you come in as our Regional Community Marketing Coordinator. Our teams are encouraged to connect with their communities by working with local groups, charities, organisations and businesses that are at the heart of the fabric of local life. We want to get to know and work with our neighbours and inspire people to do good by supporting each other and supporting local good causes.
As a Regional Community/Marketing Coordinator your role will oversee all community engagement and the local marketing & events agenda for a number of Lounges. Working closely with the Operations Managers, Regional Managers and site teams, your role will involve training and motivating teams, offering support with activity, and reporting on community engagement. Think, networking groups, local events etc. to support driving sales forwards for the sites.
What you’ll bring to Lounge as a Regional Community Marketing Coordinator...
- Sales-driving initiatives through local events. You will work with the operations team to identify focus sites and support the GM’s and on-site teams with the creation of action plans. Past examples range from open mic nights to quiz nights or even parent and baby group meetings.
- A passion for charitable and non-profit causes. You will initiate and drive collaboration with local and relevant non-profits, whilst supporting national charity campaigns.
- An understanding of social media and email marketing. You will undertake regular social media audits and collate information for demographic-specific email marketing. You will work closely with the HQ team to ensure centrally-created content is accessible at site-level.
- The ability to train, coach, and develop site-level teams to drive results. You will aim to evolve the community and social media training materials whilst implementing subsequent quarterly workshops.
- Monthly reporting. You will focus on both the marketing metrics (social media, email) and sales-driving events in line with KPIs.
