We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our specialist Quality Improvement Team.
This role is a remote role working Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
This role would suit a healthcare administrator or project co-ordinator looking to gain experience in Quality Improvement, someone who has recently completed a QI qualification or a person who has previous experience in a similar role. You must be enthusiastic and motivated, with the desire to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills are a must, working closely with the whole QI team and directly with staff at sites as well as other internal departments, you will work together to ensure that the QI framework is the forefront of the support we provide.
This position is for someone based in the UK. The role will be remote working, however there will be an expectation for occasional travel throughout the UK for meetings, events and to visit services. This role is part of the corporate Quality Improvement Team sitting within the Nursing Directorate.
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the QI Managers and the Head of QI
- Working with project leads to ensure adherence to the Cygnet QI Framework
- Supporting project leads through their QI Journey as required by the QI Managers
- Maintaining consistent communication with project leads to report on project progress and outcomes
- Be responsible for coordinating and sustaining a communication network between sites and the QI team for projects
- To maintain an up-to-date central library of projects and framework documentation
- Working with members of the team to ensure QI learning is being shared within the appropriate media and forums
- Supporting QI Managers with analytics for monthly reports
- Working closely with other members of the team to plan and organise events
- To provide ad hoc administrative support for the QI team
