BASIC SALARY: up to £55,0000

LOCATION:Home based and covering Southern England and South Wales from a line above Birmingham southwards and ideally living on or near the M1, M5 & M4 corridors.

This Regional Sales Manager is a classic territory sales role covering Southern England & South Wales managing an established area with a 60% - 40% split between account management and business development selling packaging machinery mainly to the food industry.
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION:Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager - packaging machinery, industrial machinery - food industry
 
· You WILL have a proven track record in field sales working for an industrial, technical or manufacturing company ideally selling capital equipment or a technical solution to the food industry.
· Any experience of selling packaging or process machinery would be very advantageous.
· You will ideally be a qualified engineer.
 
THE COMPANY:
 
Working for a well established and market leading UK sales & service office for a European manufacturer of form fill and seal bag making packaging machinery supplied mainly to the food industry. Full technical sales support will be offered to the successful applicant.

I have recruited for this company for over 10 years and have placed managers, sales people & service engineers with them, most of whom are still there.
