Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our lovely Zen Shots studio photography team. You will be based at our head office in Milton Keynes, with travel required between our studios in Oxford, Milton Keynes, and Northampton. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our telesales bookings team, driving sales of our fine arts consultants, building corporate partnerships for B2C lead generation for each studio, maximizing week 0 and week 1 bookings diary, and improving the conversion rate of customer leads. Additionally, you will provide support to the diary bookings team and fine art consultants, and flexibility to work weekends during our prime sales period is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the telesales bookings team to ensure effective lead generation and booking conversion.
- Drive sales performance of fine arts consultants to achieve and exceed targets (both individually and helping/mentoring your team to excel)
- Develop and nurture partnerships for B2C lead generation, fostering relationships to increase sales opportunities.
- Strategically maximize the week 0 and week 1 bookings diary to optimize studio capacity and revenue (such and maintaining a low appointment cancellation rate)
- Implement strategies to improve the conversion rate of customer leads, continuously analyzing and refining bookings and sales processes.
- Enhance the quality of fine art consultants' sales techniques to increase the average value order spend of each customer purchasing portrait artwork.
- Provide support fine art consultants as required and demonstrate excellence in trainingRequirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partnerships for lead generation.
- Flexibility to travel between Oxford, Milton Keynes, and Northampton studios during the working week.
- Willingness to work some weekends, as this is our prime sales period.
- Provide monthly performance report to Managing Director
Offering:
- Competitive basic salary: £35,000 and up to £65,000 OTE (On-target earnings)

Skills
- Excellent understanding of KPI's and driving your team to succeed through motivation and inspiration
- Monitoring progress in real-time and analyzing data
- Proven 3+ years experience in sales management, (desirable within the photography or arts industry). Experience in B2C sales.
- A naturally empathetic individualStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Carrying out staff one-to-ones and professional development with your team
- Interviews, appraisals and disciplinaries
- Proven track record of successfully working in a sales environment with B2B or B2C customer base
- Excellent rapport building skills and awareness of body language and communication
- Excellent communicator and telephone manner
- Confident in closing sales whilst remaining personable and empathetic
- Overseeing, implementing and delegating in-house lead generation for your studio
Hours / Schedule
The role will be 40 hours per week based and you will travel between the 3 locations as required.
Due to the nature of the availability of our clients, our busiest time is weekends, we are therefore seeking someone who is willing to include this as part of their regular workings hours (although you will not be required to work every weekend)
Commission
In addition to your basic salary (£35,000), you will receive monthly combined studio performance related commission.
Training
We will provide training to enhance your current skills. You will need to be confident in computer literacy but we will train you on our software. You will be confident with handling CRM systems and sales software.
