An excellent opportunity has opened for a Regional Sales Manager to join a market-leading distributor of security products coveringthe Midlands.
Our client is looking for a driven and energetic individual who wants to join an employee-focused business, providing a fun and passionate environment with a vast product range, meaning all projects and solutions can be accommodated for.
Your main responsibility is to manage and develop an existing sales territory via maintaining a current portfolio of clients and increasing revenue through business development and networking opportunities. In addition, you will attend trade shows and demonstrate products, work towards sales targets, liaise with internal sales executives, efficiently manage your own diary, and build relationships with new security installers, technology resellers, and systems integrators.
To succeed in this position, you will be an ambitious, approachable, and proactive individual with a demonstrated history within B2C/B2B tech sales. Further skills required are exceptional communication, self-organisation, diary management, ability to work to specified sales targets both individually and as part of a team, excellent customer service, and strong product knowledge.
You will ideally come from a security product sales background, however full product training is provided.
Expert resources are on hand to support you with product demonstrations and technical queries, whilst an experienced sales support team is also in place to assist you with building your client base.
A fully remote position, you will be expected to attend meetings and networking events across your region. As this is a fully remote position, an established home office setup would be beneficial.
Remuneration
- Basic salary between £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
- Uncapped commission
- £450 pcm car allowance and fuel card
