RecruitWright are conducting a search for a Regional Sales Manager in the South, on behalf of a global leader in coding, marking and traceability solutions.
The Package:
- GBP30,000 - GBP55,000 salary per annum + uncapped commission

The role:
- Hybrid role with access to the UK Head Office in Bedfordshire.
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Southern region of the UK.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customised solutions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the UK business by achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience:
- Proven experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the coding and marking sector desired but not essential as training is provided.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required and also some European travel when required.
- Full UK driving licence is a must.
