£40,000 to £50,000 + 90% annual performance + 3% employer, 7% company pension + 25 days holiday + company car + more.

On offer is the exciting opportunity for a skilled sales or technical person to join a forward thinking hardware and software business who work with local housing to provide software and hardware solutions to benefit people who are less fortunate than many?

In this role, the successful Regional Specification Manager will play a key part in the over all success of the business, joining a very driven team of highly skill dedicated staff, you will be out and about on the road covering West London and meeting with prospective housing associations taking down product specifications which will be developed in house and sold nationally.

The ideal Regional Specification Manager will have experience in either a similar role, sales or be a technical person who is ambitious and driven and want to join an organisation where everyone is held accountable and strive for success.

The Role:

• Take down product specifications for prospective customers.
• Work out on the road and for 4 to 6 meetings daily.
• Stick to KPIs and benefit when everyone benefits.
• Progression and training.

The Person:

• Come from a sales, specification or technical background.
• Live in West London.
• Driving licence.
• Would consider a junior wanting to step up.
