Registered Nursing Home Manager Overview:
Are you a passionate and experienced social care professional with a proven track record of success in leading teams as a registered manager?
If so, Cureyoursearch have an excellent Registered Care Home Manager opportunity for you. On behalf of an established and person centred care provider, we are looking for a strong leader to take this home to the next level.
This role could suit a strong registered manager, Care Home Manager or nursing Home Manager ready for a new challenge.
You will have good support in place, including a clinical lead, deputy manager, payroll, housekeeping, marketing and administration which will allow you to focus on providing the best care possible.

The Registered Nursing Home Manager Candidate:
- You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a care setting.
- You must be able to work independently and as part of a tea
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You must have a passion for elderly care.

The interview process for this role will be two stage.
- Stage one – Informal meeting.
- Stage two – Face to face meeting at the home.
