As the Home Manager, your tasks will include:

• Overseeing the delivery of high standards of person-centred care.

• Maintaining positive relationships with the Care Quality Commission and the Local Authority.

The ideal candidate for the Home Manager role should have:

• At least 2 years background working as a Registered Home Manager within a Residential or Nursing setting.
• Strong working knowledge of the Care Quality Commission.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
