I am looking for a special person to manage a 50 bedded Care Home in Rushden which provides residential care for elderly residents including people with dementia. The home is rated ‘good’ by CQC and is highly regarded in the local community.
This job will involve:
- Using leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
- Managing the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy.
- Providing improvement, independence and choice for Service Users.
- Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines
For this great post you must have:
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Previous experience of managing a Care Home
- A caring and compassionate nature
