About the Role of a Registered Manager:
As the Registered Manager of an esteemed Ofsted rated Outstanding Children's Home, you will play a pivotal role in providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people aged 8 to 18. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that the highest standards of care are consistently upheld. This includes implementing child-centred, therapeutic approaches to empower and support the young residents in their journey towards independence and self-confidence.
