As Registered Manager in Northampton, you will be working for a large provider and will be expected to:
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-tier person-cantered support and care, ensuring quality assurance.
- Drive best practices in social care delivery and constantly enhance service standards.
- Create an environment that fosters continual development and excellence in care provision.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained throughout the service.

- NMC nursing pin RGN/RMN/RNLD (Essential)
- Home management experience, within a similar care setting
- A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager
- An NVQ in social care management
- Turnaround experience would be desired.
