Overview:
Compass Associates are delighted to be working with one of the Leading UK Private Healthcare providers, for their Residential Neurological service in the Northampton area to recruit for the role of Registered Manager. The medium to large service, is looking for their next Nurse Qualified leader to help give stability to the home.
This exciting role involves undertaking all operational responsibility, financial oversight, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate is someone with a lot of tenacity, drive, and enthusiasm, who can take on the full responsibility as Registered Manager. You will lead the Senior Management team driving forward the success of the service ensuring clinical excellence and high site performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of home management, including budgets, quality, and compliance.
- Ensure individuals receive optimal care and support.
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver high-quality, person-centered support.
- Implement and maintain best practices in social care.
- Continuously develop and improve service delivery.
- Utilize management skills to effectively oversee personnel and processes.
Location:
The position is commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Banbury, Coventry, Bedford, Kettering and Luton.
Criteria:
- Experience in a management or deputy management capacity
- Active NMC pin and Full Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD/RGN)
- Desirable knowledge of social care environment
- Extensive understanding and experience in improving the Care Quality Commission ratings and standards
- Performance driven
- Clear DBS/CRB
Interview Process:
Two stages - First stage, an MS Teams meeting, then if successful, followed by a more formal interview with a potential case study
