Description
Our client are on the hunt for their next talented Registered Manager.This is for a domiciliary care branch in Watford, Hertfordshire.
Main duties
- Registering with the CQC
- Day to day management of the service
- Building new business
- Recruiting care staff, conducting interviews
- Setting up a new branch
- Supervising and leading a team of healthcare professionals
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
- Developing and implementing care plans for residents, including those with dementia
- Collaborating with families and healthcare providers to ensure quality care
- Monitoring medication administration and ensuring proper documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Implementing infection control measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff members
You will have full support from the national support manager, and all directors.
This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress!
You must
- Have a full UK license and a car
- Hold a level 5 in leadership and management or be working towards this
- Have experience as a Registered or Care Manager
- Have a passion for care!
