Salary: depending on experience

Registered Care Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the implementation of First Choice Home Care Policies and Procedures.
• Promoting and Safeguarding the Welfare of Staff and Service Users.
• Providing effective Leadership.
• Working in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for Service Users.

Our ideal candidate for the Registered Care Manager role will:

• Be professional, polite, and responsible at all times.
• Have the ability to lead, motivate and direct staff.
• Have previous experience of working in similar role / environment.
• Experienced in working in the Healthcare sector and holding a Level 5 Leadership and Management Qualification.
• Business Driven, Motivated and Passionate about Quality of Care.
• A Natural networker to build strong relationship with the team.
