Registered Care Manager - No On-Call!

An outstanding opportunity for a motivated and quality driven individual to join a successful domiciliary care business. Experience within a CQC regulated setting is essential along with strong leadership and relationship building skills.

Our client is a domiciliary and live-in care services provider with a CQC rating of "outstanding" and a reputation for offering service users an unrivalled level of quality care within their home.

THERE ARE ALSO NO ON-CALL RESPONSIBILITIES!!!

Qualities you’ll need:

• Great with clients by ensuring quality led care provision
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate in a team
• Exceptional knowledge of CQC Guidelines
• Previous experience within a domiciliary care / home care environment
• Quality driven and customer focussed
• Strong business acumen

Required:

• Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management Award
• Ideally have previous care management experience or someone in a senior care coordinator looking for their next step
• Ideally you will have a driving license and your own transport

The salary for this role is dependent on experience however we believe this to be £35,000 - £45,000 + benefits.
