They provide exceptional levels of nurture and care designed to meet the individual needs of the children and young people with social, emotional, mental health needs including those with mild learning disabilities and are recruiting an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager or a Deputy Children's Home Manager that is naturally ready to progress.

We are recruiting a determined, resilient, and compassionate Registered Children's Home Manager who is ready to commit to providing emotional and social support for the children and young people and who is ready to play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and accepting environment in what will be a newly registered residential home for Children and Young People in Erith, Dartford.
As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond. You will play a key role in providing tailored support to the children and young people you champion for, ensuring a safe, secure, and accepting environment, enabling them to achieve, develop and flourish in all aspects of their life and become the best version of themselves whilst leading and inspiring your team.

- £65,000 + £10,000 in realistic bonuses per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

- Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
We don't want to lose you here!
- 3 years' experience working with Children and Young People in a residential setting previously registered with Ofsted and 3 years' experience in a managerial position
- Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or Residential Childcare.
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Highly desirable, although our client will support you in achieving this if you are working towards it)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS Check
