An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a family run care group as a Nursing Home Manager in Haslemere, Surrey. You need to be a Qualified Nurse RGN, with managment experience in a Nursing Home setting. You have fantastic support from your Clinical Nursing Team, Deputy Manager and Operations Manager.

 Ideal Applicant for the Nursing Home Manager RGN role, should meet the following criteria:

• Must ideally be a Registered Manager or Home Manager with QCF/NVQ level 4 or 5
• Must be a qualified Nurse RGN with a valid NMC Pin number. 
• Sound experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager preferably registered with CQC.
• Ability and experience of leading and mentoring a strong team
• Good knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements, Safeguarding procedures and best practices of care
• Must have solid clinical skills, plus have the ability to ensure training of staff, supervisions and appraisals are done all on time.
• Resident’s daily records are kept up to date.
• Good administration skills and must be very computer literate
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Ability to market the Care home and have the ability to fill the beds
