THE FIRM:
This award-winning, mid-size law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join its London based conveyancing team. The firm offers:

• to develop individuals’ skills and experience: this position offers the opportunity to undertake the SQE.
THE ROLE:
The busy residential property team specialises in a broad range of matters, and the successful applicant will:
• have responsibility for their own files,
• work within the team and report to the Conveyancing Manager,
• use case management software and be capable of managing their own administration.
THE CANDIDIATE:
This role is well suited to an ambitious, self-motivated individual. The ideal candidate must have:
• a strong academic background: a minimum degree of 2:2 or equivalent,
• experience within a residential conveyancing team,
• excellent communication skills.
