Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing ophthalmic procedures, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plans, and post-operative care requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse.
- Previous experience in Opthalmic nursing is desirable but not essential; training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
