The Role: Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse at Henley Manor, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding clinical care to our residents. Leveraging your clinical expertise and leadership skills, you will uphold the highest standards of relationship-centered care, clinical care, and dementia care throughout our home.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care.
- Lead the clinical team in alignment with Hallmark's vision and principles outlined in the Hallmark Charter.
- Contribute to regular audits of care plans to ensure they meet residents' specific needs.
- Ensure compliance with medication procedures in line with company policies and NMC guidelines.
- Foster effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
You Are:

- A qualified RN/RGN/RMN with experience in delivering high-quality, relationship-centered care.
- Knowledgeable in dementia care.
