Registered Home Manager
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Per annum + Bonus which can vary between £10,000 - £20,000 a year! + 2 Weeks FULL Sick Pay!

Time Recruitment are assisting an innovative provider who have 6 homes operating in the West Midlands area and due to continuous success, they are looking to expand their portfolio. We are recruiting for a Registered Home Manager to support the turnaround of a clinical transformation for one of their well-established nursing homes in the local area of Wolverhampton, West Midlands.
The Registered Home Manager will already be registered with CQC and ideally managed services from 50 bedded and upwards. We also require the Registered Home Manager to have an active NMC pin, who also comes from successful background of compliant CQC reports.
The service accommodates care packages to the elderly which vary from Palliative care, Intermediate care, Dementia Care and Residential Care. The home can accommodate at full occupancy to 72 beds across 3 manageable sized units. The Registered Home Manager can be rest assured they will benefit from lots off support with 3 operation managers who are all clinically trained an a exemplary deputy Home Manager.
