About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our residential home for young people with EBD or mild to moderate LD.
You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home, from staff management and budget control to ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff, providing effective supervision and development opportunities.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial targets.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young people, promoting their individual needs and well-being.
- Foster an open and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and implement innovative approaches to care.
Requirements:
- Diploma 5 Leadership & Management Children & Young People.
- NVQ 3 Children and Young People or equivalent qualification.
- NVQ 4 Management, CMS, DMS equivalent or actively working towards it.
- Professional Care Qualification (DipSW, CMS, CQSW, Registered Manager's Award, Diploma 5 Leadership & Management Children & Young People).
- Extensive experience working with young people in a residential setting.
- Experience of successful leadership and team management.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on call when needed.
- Full driving licence.
