Locality Manager required for a family run company who is currently in a state of growth and expansion.

We are looking for someone who can lead, mentor and coach a team who provide high quality person-centred care and support for individuals with complex care needs, including autism and behaviours of concern.

We are looking for:

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management


• Extensive experience and understanding of Learning Disabilities and Autism


• Experience of setting up and transitioning residents into a new service


• Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
