REGISTERED MANAGER - SUPPORTED LIVING

We are seeking a Registered Manager or a Care Manager who wants to progress to Registered Manager for a growing supported living care company based near Blackpool. The role is with a great company that operates in the care sector and they are very well respected for their levels of care and how the staff are treated. They look after service users with mental health issues, learning disabilities or physical disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow. They are offering:

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the delivery of care services
• Managing staff and resources effectively
• Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
• Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the care teams
• Following of policies and procedures
• Audits, supervisions, supervisions

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position should have:

• Relevant qualifications in healthcare management
• Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Have a strong character and be a good communicator
• Someone who is eager to help the growth of the service
