We are partnering with a reputable and well-established children's home based in Sheffield, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with learning disabilities. The 4-bed children's home is a place where every child's potential is recognised and nurtured, and we are looking for a dynamic Registered Manager to lead the team and drive the highest standards of care.
The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of the children. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing strong leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of care professionals.
Ensuring the home meets and exceeds all regulatory and quality standards.
Building positive relationships with children, their families, and external stakeholders.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations, including budget management.
Championing a culture of respect, dignity, and empowerment for all residents.
Qualifications and Experience:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a children's home setting.
A deep understanding of the unique needs of children with learning disabilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Dedication to promoting the welfare and development of every child.
