Details of Finance Assistant
- Salary: 50,000 Per Annum
- Hours: Full Time
- Duration: Permanent
- Location: Wolverhampton
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Ensure high quality care is provided to our young people
- Collaborate with health care professions to develop and implant care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and take operational lead for all safeguarding matters
- Responsible for training, supervision and provide advice to support and develop the children's residential home
- Manage the homes budget and ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee referral's and occupancy, maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations
Requirements
- At least 2/3/ years of experience in residential children
- Level 5 leadership and management in residential care
- Deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements in the child's care sector
- Previous experience in a care or assisted living setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibility's
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong OFSTED regulatory knowledge
- Valid UK driving license
