Registered Manager - Children’s Home
Location: Dover, Kent
Salary: £54k + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

The Role:
As a Registered Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, budget, and staff development, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Inspire and motivate staff to deliver person-cantered care tailored to each young person's needs.
- Champion a culture of safety, implementing safeguarding procedures and reporting any concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including social workers, healthcare professionals, and families.
- Continuously monitor and improve care standards, ensuring the home maintains exceptional quality ratings.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in a senior or strategic role within children's residential care settings.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Service or equivalent.
- GCSE in Maths and English at C grade or above.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager role in a Residential Children’s Care Setting
- NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Residential Children’s Services or equivalent.
- Possess social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- First Aid trained.
- Understanding of Therapeutic Approach to Childcare.
