Location: St Helens, Merseyside
Salary: £40K - £60K - Dependent on Experience + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time / Permanent - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities for the 'Registered Manager’ role:
- Ensuring the highest standard of care is provided, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Creating a warm, supportive, and caring environment for children and young people.
- Tailoring care and care planning to meet the specific needs of each child/young person.
- Maintaining effective relationships with families, external agencies, and stakeholders.
- Taking full responsibility for managing safeguarding procedures for children and young people.
- Effectively managing and guiding fellow team members to deliver exceptional care.
- Conducting on-call duties, occasionally including weekends.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge needed for the 'Registered Manager’ role:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Services or equivalent (working towards).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home environment.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager is required.
- Strong knowledge of The Children's Homes England Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2015, The Children's Act 1989, etc.
- Full UK Driver’s License.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
