Due to an internal promotion, our client they are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to run a 3-bed EBD / LD residential home whilst also contributing to their vision of making a meaningful difference in the lives of these young individuals whilst also fitting into their core values.
As the Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in opening and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 3-bed residential service in Preston. You will lead a dedicated team of staff members, ensuring that the young adults under your care receive the highest standards of care, support, and guidance. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, managing staff, implementing effective policies and procedures, and liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Successful applicants must have or be working towards a minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Residential Childcare. The role does require registration, so it is required that you have a minimum 2 of the last 5 years of employment within the children sector in a similar role. Holding a clean and valid UK Driving License is also a requirement of the role.
