Location: Covering 18 homes within South Lincolnshire, North Cambridgeshire and Cromer, Norfolk
Salary up to £50,000, plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus

As a Peripatetic Manager you will be:
- With support from the Regional Managers, assisting the homes across the region helping them operate to a high standard.
- Involved in wider and more strategic discussions around the region in a dynamic and fluid role.
- Part of a management team driving improvements through continuously developing our services and will have the opportunity to participate and contribute to many local workshops and training
- You will achieve the highest standards of performance to help exceed Keys Group’s quality standards and performance, resulting in unmatched levels of support provided to the young people within our care.
- You will have the support from colleagues, regional managers, residential director as well as our clinical team and specialist support advisors.
About You:
- Significant experience of working in a residential childcare setting at management level.
- Commitment to delivering high quality care according to OFSTED regulations.
- Have a good understanding of SCCIF guidelines to help focus on the things that matter most to children's lives.
- You will have some in-depth knowledge of supporting children who suffered trauma and who have other complex and challenging behavioural needs.
- Hold a current UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle which can be used for business purposes.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Residential Management) qualification is essential.
