We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined Registered Manager for our new Children's home based in Coventry.
We are looking for someone who knows how to make a house, a home. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home. Our Children and Young people are aged between 5-18 years old with Social, Emotional, Mental Health and Complex needs.

Currently are/Previously been an Ofsted Registered Manager in a Children's service Currently an experienced Deputy Manager in a Ofsted registered Children's service Have experience reporting to Ofsted with in-depth knowledge of regulations and legislation Possess a recognized social work qualification or equivalent qualification such as the QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) Have leadership and management experience. Have full clean UK driving licence with access to a car. Are looking to pursue a new challenge/take a step up in their career. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Children's Home legislation and inspection requirements, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations. Collaborate effectively with local authorities, families, and team members to facilitate supervisions, inductions, and training initiatives. Apply expertise in conducting dynamic risk assessments, developing care plans, and conducting reviews in coordination with various relevant professional entities. Demonstrate proficiency in child protection and safeguarding procedures and protocols.
