SalaryAn exciting role has become available for a Registered Manager!
The service is based in Exeter, within this service you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the service.
Your duties will include:
- Providing leadership and supervision to a team of support workers, shift leaders and Team leaders
- Developing and implementing care plans.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to meet the needs of the service users, ensuring that you are delivering outstanding person-centered care.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance at all times with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Managing budgets
Skills required for this role:
- Extensive experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
- Previous experience in holding a registration for a care service
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in developing care plans and conducting various assessments
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures
- Ability to effectively manage resources and budgets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-You must have a QCF level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/ NVQ level 4 Health and Social Care qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
