I am seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead and provide exceptional care for a service in New Milton that supports up to 4 adults with leaning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Develop care plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
- Maintain effective communication with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Registered with the relevant regulatory body.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a learning disability setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
