SalaryWe are looking to recruit a passionate and ambitious Registered Nurse (RGN) to work full time night shifts within a beautiful home in York. You will be working within a nursing and residential care home in the beautiful Yorkshire village of Wheldrake near York. You will be joining a friendly and compassionate care team, dedicated to providing personal and dignified care to residents.
As Registered Nurse on nights, you will be joining a family run business that's grown over the years to a family of 2,800+ employees and over 40 care homes. We are looking for an RGN Registered Nurse to work 4 night shifts per week, from 7pm - 7.30am - and the salary is £19ph plus paid breaks, with an excellent annual salary of £49,400
- You will have a wide range of responsibilities to include making critical clinical decisions, assessing and developing person centred care plans, safely providing nursing care including administering medication, dressings and management of resident's medical conditions.
- As an experienced Registered Nurse RGN, you will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, be keen in developing yourself and others, and able to build good close relationships with residents and their families.
- You will be driven and determined to deliver continuous improvement, with an enthusiastic approach and the ability to be highly responsive under pressure.
