The Client:

The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care, acting as a patient advocate, and offering support to healthcare staff.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
-Collaborate with community and continuing care teams for seamless patient services.
-Act as a resource for nursing staff, offering guidance and teaching programs.
-Maintain accurate records in accordance with best practices.
-Support Health Care Professionals through clinical patient reviews.
-Attend regional and company meetings as needed.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Registered Nurse or in a similar role.
-Demonstrated post-registration experience.
-Registered with the NMC.
-Possess nursing qualifications.
-Background in stoma or colorectal.
-Skilled in IT, including Excel.
-Valid driving license.
