, We are looking to recruit  Registered Nurses to join our community rehabilitation hospital within County hospital. Oak ward is a 29 bedded unit. We pride ourselves in providing excellent standards of nursing care to our patients requiring a period of rehabilitation and complex discharge planning. , , We are looking for  dynamic, motivated, enthusiastic staff who demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Along with an interest in acute medical care and specialist palliative care nursing. We care for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can consider several working patterns to support work life balance of our staff.
