The facility has is a medium sized residential and nursing home, the service is a specialist palliative care unit/end of life provider that works to gold standard frameworks in this area alongside specialising in dementia care which is elderly dementia/Alzheimer's care.
The service is situated into dedicated nursing suites, so as a Registered Nurse here you will be assigned your own suite on nights, caring for 20 residents with the support of another Registered Nurse on shift, a care team leader and a further 4 care staff; the staffing ratio's are exemplary!
