As a Registered Nurse and valued member of the Nursing team, you will oversee the clinical aspects of the shift. You will maintain excellent communications with people living and working with us and their relatives.
You will be working in one of four care homes located in South-East Nottinghamshire in Cotgrave, Radcliffe-On-Trent or West Bridgford.
About you
You will need to have current NMC PIN number to join us as a Registered Nurse. It would also be desirable to have previous experience working in a care home environment. You should be caring, dynamic and passionate in delivering excellent care to our family members. You should have experience of updating and creating person centred care plans. You should be able to ensure that an individual’s care is appropriately assessed to ensure that high quality, physical and psychological needs are always met and engage in positive working relationships with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.
