Salary: £43,742 -£50,056 per annum
Role
The post holder will work across the services nationwide, to support staff in practice with the development of skills specifically in medication management and first aid. The role will include developing training packages, setting up train the trainer systems and in undertaking competency assessments.
The key elements of the role are designing and delivering educational programmes. It will be the responsibility of the post holder to contribute to the development of a skilled workforce and facilitate a range of education, training and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting in the delivery of structured classroom-based training
- Support in the development of blended learning approaches in person and virtually.
- Responsible for facilitating the development of staff and continually improving competencies and skills to develop the individual, team and organisational performance in line with organisation objective across the services.
- Supporting all services nationwide, attending meetings and facilitating training and educational programmes both in person and virtually.
Qualifications
Training will be available to get the post holder started to enable them to deliver this role effectively.
