Responsibilities:
As Registered Nurse you will be responsible for and involved with:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care within LIPS Healthcare.
- The effective operations of the consulting rooms and intervention, minor procedure suite, playing an active role in conducting patient tests and supporting minor procedures.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, the nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicating effectively with patients and colleagues, providing meticulous documentation, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
- Promoting an excellent patient experience in a private care setting with attention to key stakeholders such as Consultants
- Ensuring the calm and effective running of the service on a day to day basis.
Qualifications, proficiencies and capabilities:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Additional training or certification in outpatient nursing.
- Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent.
- Evidence of continuous professional development and commitment to maintaining up-to date nursing knowledge
- Independent sector/ Private Patient experience
- Outpatient operations
- Proficient in administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Competent in managing and monitoring patients undergoing outpatient procedures.
- Sound understanding of infection control practices.

Pay: £37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
