SalaryWe're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join a leading FX company, located in the heart of London. Your Role Will Involve:
- Enhancing monitoring and surveillance programs to ensure Regulatory Compliance.
- Developing relationships with the front office to deepen their understanding of regulatory obligations.
- Leading compliance reviews and monitoring plans to ensure the effectiveness of controls.
- Delivering engaging compliance training sessions and providing daily advisory support.
- Influencing policy development and ensuring procedural alignment with best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Regulatory Compliance within the financial industry.
- A solid understanding of FCA Regulations, PSR, MiFID II, MAR, EMIR, etc.
- Analytical skills to identify and address complex regulatory issues.
- Excellent communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
- A detail-oriented approach to management information reporting.
