If so, you won't be disappointed by this opportunity! Impression Recruitment are currently assisting our client in their search for a Regulatory & Compliance Officer on a permanent, full time basis. Our client has a customer base of millions, operating on a global scale, and you will be playing a pivotal part in ensuring that the organisation is remaining compliant with industry regulations, as well as maintaining compliance with internal policies and standards. This role will involve handling sensitive documentation, managing internal files, conducting internal assessments and dealing with external stakeholders/regulatory bodies, so a thorough nature, high levels of attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are a must! Working in an established team, you will be provided full industry and product training, so whilst no specific sector experience is required, a solid background in compliance or regulatory role is required.
As Regulatory & Compliance Officer your duties will include:
* Management of internal technical documentation and files within product range.
* Maintaining consistent contact with manufacturers to ensure business stays up to date with relevant industry and product standards.
* Forming long lasting relationships with regulatory bodies and acting as the internal business contact for any communication.
* Dealing with any compliance related matters across a range of products/markets.
* Keep up to date with industry regulation changes, updates and ensuring that relevant business stakeholders/teams are aware.
* Oversee reporting duties relating to key compliance processes and any other administrative tasks.
* Ensuring product documentation is kept and recorded internally to be utilised when required.
Skills required:
* Experience of working with regulations, policies, guidelines etc.
* High levels of verbal and written communication.
* Quality time management skills.
* Excellent levels of organisation and attention to detail.
* Able to work in a fast paced environment.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
In return you will receive an excellent salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, working full time hours Monday to Friday, with the option of hybrid working once probationary period is completed.
