Regulatory Compliance Officer

Our client’s expansion continues and they are now looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join their people focused organisation within Guiseley. 
If you have an eye for detail, naturally organised and proactive, this compliance role is a perfect fit for you. With experience in customer service and auditing you will be looking to further expand your skills by joining this successful business.  
As Regulatory Compliance Officer your focus will be:

• Guaranteeing accordance with both external & internal regulations
• Maintaining and monitoring compliance with operational risk policies.
• Conducting thorough audits, highlighting and resolving errors.
• Contributing solutions to enhance compliance results in line with the regulatory framework.
• Monitoring contracts
• Uploading relevant and validated documents to the internal CRM system
• Proactively reviewing & renewing processes to keep in line with the latest and evolving regulatory standards
• Offering clear support to clients by relaying concise information.
• Managing increasing audit volumes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with the legal and regulatory departments.
• Working alongside teams to design and apply technology-driven solutions.

To be successful as Regulatory Compliance Officer you must:

• Showcase prior experience in a customer led environment, with working exposure within audit, data or investigation of information.
• Want to strive to achieve the best possible results, with an eye for detail.
• Have an analytical mindset with a natural ability to prioritise and organise workload.
• Competent user of MS Office.
• Precise in your auditing ability.
• Proactive, forward thinking to maintain best practises and results.

  Join this growing and energetic environment and in return you will receive a salary offering in the region of £24,000-£26,000. Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm based in the modern and open plan office within Guiseley. Apply now!
