Description
I am recruiting for a Regulatory Finance with a utilities on the south coast. You will:
Completion of financial tables for the Annual Performance Report (APR) in compliance with Ofwat guidelines.
- Drafting of commentary as required by Ofwat.
- Management of audit of financial tables in the APR.
- Responding to Ofwat queries on the APR.
- Drafting responses to relevant consultations.
- Maintaining up to date populated versions of all Ofwat reconciliation models
- Management of tariff setting process for main charges and bulk supply charges
- Analysis of the impact of tariff changes
- To lead on key financial aspects of the five-year business plan to Ofwat (from 2027)
- Provision of monthly financial updates to capital programme approvals group
- Keeping appropriate records of capital approvals
Profile
You will have:
- Good understanding of economic regulation and the periodic review process.
- Relevant qualification to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of the water sector and/or regulated businesses
- Highly organised self-starter able to manage own workload.
- Ability to develop new approaches to meet complex and evolving Ofwat requirements.
- Team player able to work across the organisation
Job Offer
£55,000 - £70,000 PA DOE plus excellent benefits and bonus
