JOB TITLE: Regulatory Paralegal
LOCATION: West Midlands / Hybrid working
SALARY: £17.74 per hour
THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity to join a supportive and progressive regulatory body covering a fixed term of 4 months. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join this organisations’ investigations department. You will assist the Investigation team to process and investigate a wide range of complaints concerning the conduct of professionals within their field. The key duties of this role includes reviewing documents, obtaining, and analysing publicly available data, as well as communicating with key stakeholders. This role does include an administrative element however also features a high degree of technical work, offering exceptional exposure for those building their paralegal career. This organisation offers hybrid working arrangements with 1-2 days worked from the office and the rest worked remotely.
THE CANDIDATE:
This role is well suited to an experienced and immediately available Paralegal with at least 12 months of relevant experience who can provide support to the team for around 4 months. You will be able to demonstrate clear experience in evidence gathering, decision making and stakeholder engagement, in addition to excellent analytical skills. To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communications skills both verbal and written whilst been able to be concise and accurate. This role is a hands-on and highly visible position with an opportunity to make a genuine difference.
